As new owner/GP, Liberty Affordable Housing acquires 48 new units of affordable housing in Upstate NY, Brookside Apartments in Palatine Bridge, New York and Hillside Place Apartments in Johnstown, New York.
In mid-2024, New York State Homes and Community Renewal approved Liberty’s acquisition which will preserve 2 communities featuring 48 units of affordable housing in Central New York. CRM Rental Management, Inc. will manage the assets.
