As an accredited Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), Liberty Affordable Housing is proud to be part of a select group of nonprofits, community-based developers dedicated to creating lasting, affordable housing opportunities. We strategically utilize a wide range of government resources and funding programs to preserve long-term affordability and expand access to quality homes.
In support of this mission, we collaborate with like-minded agencies, equity syndicators, and financial institutions. These partnerships allow us to navigate the complex housing landscape more efficiently—securing permanent financing, to ensure high-quality, affordable housing is developed with fewer barriers and greater impact by partnering with well accredited contractors.
